It's my Birthday today and I got a Nose hair clipper of one of my friends. I wouldn't care but I don't have excessive hair up my nose that needs trimming.

I also got a season ticket for my beloved Football team from my wife and kids.

I think the nose clipper thing pretty funny, were they trying to be weird or mean? I really haven't recieved a bad gift in my life - my family and friends give me really nice things and gift certificates. I guess I am lucky. And even if I got a bad gift I wouldn't let it show, it is the thought that counts.

When I was about 8 I got a set of reading books from a neighbour. I wouldn't have minded so much if they hadn't been designed for nursery school kids, seeing as I'd read the full version of Lord Of The Rings about 18 months before that! the best was my ps2 my wife got me. the worst was a back massager my aunt gave me. come to find out she had bought it for her own personal use and didnt like it and had put all the attachments back in a sandwich bag and put it back in the box and wrapped it up and gave it to me.
