Clippers are used on me at the barbershop, I do not shave with a razor. The bumps are becoming black and faded and I want to know away to get rid opf them.

Switch up what you use to shave with. If you are using a shaving gel or a cream stop for two to three days.
Buy some shaving powder that you mix with a little water and apply to your face with a "shaving brush". The bristles on the brush open up your pours and free ingrown hairs and eventually lessen the bump problem. It's not going to happen over night but give it a few weeks and your problem should go away. Everything you need will be in the same aisle you find all mens shaving stuff. You can use whatever razor you want.
